HIKING IN YOUR ALONENESS

SHARI BEARD

Hiking in Your Aloneness - How often are you truly with your aloneness? Most of us get caught wanting, searching or grasping for connection, but it is only because we haven’t been with our aloneness that we feel disconnected. We will be hiking up the Granite Chief Trail in silence to my favorite spot to meditate. The trail is uphill and rather strenuous. Bring Water and maybe a sweatshirt to sit on. Allocate 2.5 hours out of your schedule. What you will remember is that you are never alone.
