This layout allows you to easily explore what's happening in each space throughout the day—whether you’re looking for a powerful yoga class, an inspiring workshop, or a moment of stillness.

Tap into Your Wild Creative Soul with 10,000 Buddhas (Amanda Giacomini). Expressing ourselves creativity is both relaxing and fun. During this session Amanda will first share what she learned on her journey of making art as spiritual practice with her 10,000 Buddhas project. Then you will be guided through a visual meditation to discover your own inspiration and mystical nature. Afterwards, we will take time to draw, color, and journal what we experienced. No experience necessary.

HIKE TO SHIRLEY CANYON

Shirley Canyon Trail: A favorite among Tahoe locals and visitors alike, the Shirley Canyon Trail offers a beautiful half-day hike filled with natural wonders. Along the way, you’ll encounter cascading waterfalls, smooth granite rock formations, colorful wildflowers, and the sparkling waters of Shirley Lake. Adventurous hikers can continue on to High Camp for even more breathtaking views. The trail is about 2.5 miles to the top of High Camp with an elevation gain of 2,000 feet, so be prepared for a steady climb and give yourself at least 2 hours to enjoy the experience at a comfortable pace. Good to Know: This trail is best for those with some hiking experience and a sense of adventure. If you'd prefer not to hike back down, the Aerial Tram is available for downloading from High Camp—just be sure to check the tram schedule before heading out.
